Dear Solarwinds Experts,We have to move from a existing stand alone NTA solution to Highly available NTA solution with remote FSDB.Below is information available in SolarWinds site. 1 : Using MS cluster with a SAN driveOption 2 : Using FOE ( Reached its End of Life).With no choice, we validated option 1, but SAN makes things bit complicated for us and so we drafted below architecturePoints considered:> A stretch cluster(between 2 DC) will be created across DC1 and DC2 with dedicated storage(flash) at each node.> MS storage replication will be enabled using cluster failover wizard.> Configure a witness quorum file share of Solarwinds Orion ServerLooking forward for your inputs and feedback with respect to this solution I would just hold tight, the version of NTA in beta right now ditches the FSDB and moves it back into normal MS SQL, so all your efforts will be completely wasted when that hits general release in the next few months. Agreed, if HA for your NTA FSDB really is critical then moving it into SQL will enable you to use AG's within SQL which will most likely be a lot easier. I have experience of a customer setting up MS Clustering for the NTA FSDB using the guidelines provided by SolarWinds, and they could do with some minor re-wording, but it does work, and that was with shared storage.
