First thing we usually recommend is a UI reset to rule out misbehaving display elements.If that doesn’t work, we can try other things or direct you to Tech Support. If you get stuck at the loading screen and it won’t go anywhere, Hit the ALT+F4 keys to force quit the game and wait 10 to 15 minutes for stuff to clear. i’ve done that, same results. In addition, i’ve renamed my cache, WTF and interface folders to “OLD”. I can log in any other toon accept my main “Captian”. I’ve even shutdown my pc completly for several minutes. I’ve flushed my DNS, re-assigned even. Furthermore, I’ve also disable all addons and brought my graphic settings to “1”. FURTHERMORE, i’ve scanned all my game files using the bliz app. AND NOTHING! reset my damn character already! As much as we would love nothing more, that’s what we’re here helping with troubleshooting steps for. But just snapping my fingers would first require me being employed by Blizzard.
