Zombie Oni (ゾンビ鬼 Zombie Oni) is a boss Ao Oni found in Ao Oni 3. It is the first boss in the game, found at the end of the abandoned hospital.Appearance[]Zombie Oni shares the same head as Ao Oni's, but with a blind eye, jaw open and a massive wound on the top of its head that exposes its brain. Its physique is uncannily closer to a skinny human, and wears a torn yellow jacket with torn jeans and a belt. A green liquid oozes from its eyes, nose, mouth and wound, which covers its jacket in some parts. It is barefoot.Role[]After unlocking the isolation room, a cutscene will play, showing a Zombie Oni outside the abandoned hospital, where it slowly creeps in direction of the hospital, momentarily looking around before it enters.First Battle[]Once in the basement, 2 Zombie Onis appear once Hiroshi has interacted with the door handle, coming out of one of the furnaces, and will slowly approach him. The boss battle is straightforward: The player has to turn (hold) on the door handle for as long as they can until the Zombie Onis are able to catch, in which they must use the area's geometry to dodge and gain distance before they return to the door handle; rinse and repeat, the door will open eventually, letting them escape.Battle of the Incinerator[]As a Bonus Mode, the boss battle is made harder: A 3rd Zombie Oni is added, and the geometry is much less favorable than before. Takeshi (たけし Takeshi) is one of 4 main characters in the series, alongside Hiroshi, Mika and Takuro, commonly a support character to the others through the series. He's a coward who's desire to not be seen as one often brings himself and others down into terrible situations.Appearance[]Games[]Takeshi has short blonde hair and wears a white school uniform alongside black pants and brown shoes.Middle School Edition[]Takeshi has short blonde hair and green eyes, and wears a white insulated vest with a black turtleneck beneath. He has dark green pants with two belts hanging from both sides, with the ends of his pants pulled up a bit to show his shoes, which is white with black and yellow accents. Takeshi is notably stylized differently from the rest, looking chibi-like.In Ao Oni: Vengeance, he wears a chartreuse-colored hoodie inbetween the vest and the turtleneck. In Ao Oni, he wears a long sleeve shirt of ambiguous coloration. When they all get separated, Hiroshi finds Takeshi in a closet shaking. After Hiroshi finds Ryota's body, Takeshi disappears and is never to be seen again; meaning he escaped by himself or more likely was killed by an Ao Oni. Takeshi is found in a closet at the start. He runs off shortly after, leaving the library key in the closet. Later, Takeshi is seen with Takuro and Mika in the basement section of the mansion. He and everyone else flees after the Oni enters the room and bites Takuro's head off. Takeshi and Mika lock themselves in a jail cell, while Hiroshi finds an exit. They agree to come with Hiroshi to the rope ladder exit. When they reach there, they see the Oni consuming the ladder and flee, but Takeshi trips over and is killed by the Oni, his body is left near the ladder. After Hiroshi takes the metal piece from Takeshi's dead body, he decides to sleep, and Takeshi can be seen in Hiroshi's dream with a cake stating that he planned the whole event and nobody actually died. Hiroshi finds Takeshi hiding in the upstairs closet very early in the game. He can be found later in a cave-like basement blaming himself for bringing everyone to the mansion and then runs off crying. He can be found in a random closet at the end of the game. After Hiroshi saves everyone and the good ending is obtained, Takeshi has a nightmare. He is inside the mansion, being chased by the Oni. He hides in a closet only to be found by an even more terrifying Oni with visible teeth. He wakes up in bed soon

After, panting and realizing it was merely a bad dream. Hiroshi finds him hiding in a closet upstairs very early in the game. In his next appearance, Takeshi is found in a darkened room and blames himself for bringing everyone to the mansion. He hangs himself, appearing later as a monster. It is not clear whether or not the monster possessed Takeshi and caused him to hang himself, using him to bait Hiroshi; or whether the monster attacked him after he had already hanged himself.Ao Oni (Novel)[]Takeshi is Takuro's lackey who has a big mouth and talks tough, but he's really as timid as a mouse. He's particularly cowardly concerning aliens and ghosts. Once he starts trembling, no force in the world can get Takeshi back to his senses. His parents run an eatery.Ao Oni Movie[]Takeshi is first seen with Takuro harassing Shun in the streets as seen by Anna who doesn't prevent anything, we then see Takeshi waiting for Takuro with Mika outside the Jailhouse gates, when they all enter Takeshi stays with Shun in one of the halls until hearing growling sounds further down the hall. Takeshi decides to investigate but Shun accidentally knocks over a vase which startles Takeshi and makes him freak out and run around the jailhouse, he then hides in a closet staying there for a while. It isn't long before Mika and Hiroshi find him and try to convince him to come with them. Mika grows angry with Takeshi and tells him that they will come back for him when they have found a way out, a few moments later Takeshi's phone goes off and he quickly answers it but no one answers leaving him upset. The door outside opens and he hears Takuro's voice calling for him a relieved Takeshi opens the closet doors but is grabbed by the face by the Oni, the others hear it and rush to the sound's source but the door is locked and they can't get in all they hear are the blood-curdling screams of Takeshi and the sounds of him being torn apart. Hiroshi opens the door and the group finds the torn clothes, the headphones, and a lot of blood and guts all over the floor.Trivia[]Takeshi's icon from version 3.0 - 5.2 is a running gag throughout the entire Ao Oni series. This is probably because of his big nose in which the illustrator of the novel would put his famous icon face as bonus art.
