Nonetheless, I have not stopped working on this project, and there will be a few new releases in the near future. Most notably, this will include a x64 context menu extension, which will mean that finally both Windows 7 and Vista will be fully supported. I hope I will also get around to answering all the posts on this forum and emails regarding Rightload.Cheers Logged Oh and if you would like to help beta-test the next shell extension (regardless of 32 or 64 bit) please let me know! To set query to get any results at all.User ConfigurationEach user may also specify registries to use regardless of which workspace isopen with the privateExtensions.registries setting. This has the same formatas the registries array in extensions.private.json.You can use the Private Extensions: Add Registry... andPrivate Extensions: Remove Registry commands to quickly edit this setting.Custom ChannelsIt is possible to create tracking channels by using npm dist-tags whenpublishing a private extension. This lets you publish pre-release or otherspecial versions of an extension without updating all users to them. Only userswho are tracking the specific release channel will get the updates.Tracking a ChannelTo switch release channels for an extension, install the extension, thenright-click it in the extensions list and select Switch Release Channels....Alternatively, click the Channel button on the extension details page. You can manually select channels with the privateExtensions.channels settingsobject. This is a dictionary where each key is an extension identifier("${publisher}.${name}") and each name is the dist-tag to track, as shown inthe example below:"privateExtensions.channels": { "garmin.example-1": "insiders", // Tracks the 'insiders' dist-tag "garmin.example-2": "beta", // Tracks the 'beta' dist-tag "garmin.example-3": "1.0.0" // Pins the extension to version 1.0.0}You can also pin an extension to a specific version by listing the versioninstead of a dist-tag. Private Extension Manager will not notify you of updatesto a pinned extension, so you can use this to temporarily ignore newer versionsof an extension.Publishing to a ChannelTo publish an extension to a channel, simply specify the channel name usingnpm dist-tags when publishing. By default, all packages will reference the latest tag.npm publish . --tag=insidersWhen publishing pre-release versions, it is reccomended to use pre-releasesematic versioning, such as 1.0.0-beta.0.Extension UpdatesPrivate Extension Manager will periodically check your installed extensions forupdates and notify you if any are found. You can adjust the check interval ordisable it with the privateExtensions.updateCheckInterval setting. The Private Extensions sidebar panel will also indicate any extensions with newversions with a green arrow. Clicking it will update the extension. You will typically need to reload the Visual Studio Code window for an updateto take effect.Remote DevelopmentWhen using a remote developmentextension such as Remote-SSH,install the Private Extension Manager: Remote Helperextension to give Private Extension Manager access to the local machine.Private Extension Manager will attempt to infer where VS Code will install anextension. If it shows "Install Locally" for a workspace extension or vice versa, set the extensionKind propertyin your extension's package.json to tell both VS Code and Private ExtensionManager where the extension should be installed.TroubleshootingIf you are successfully connecting to a private NPM registry and don't see anyerrors, but you don't see any extensions either, first open the Output panel(Ctrl+Shift+U) and check the dropdown list for "Private Extension Manager".If it is present, it may contain information as to why extension packages arebeing discarded. If packages aren't being. How much time do you spend thinking about extension cords? Probably not much … but did you know they’re one of the biggest hidden home dangers? Extension cords bring power from where it is, such as a wall outlet in your garage, to where you need it, like that overgrown hedge that’s just screaming for a trim. But before you drag out the electric lawn equipment or drape an extension cord behind the couch in your living room to reach a new lamp, it’s important to recognize the inherent dangers of extension cords. If you’re not careful, you could get a nasty shock … or worse.Every year, thousands of people end up in the emergency room or see their houses burn down from accidents involving extension cords. I’m an electrician, so I’ve seen the dangers firsthand. On a construction site, shocks and fires are real, daily risks, but it’s the stuff that happens at home that keeps me up at night. After all, it’s your family on the line. That’s one reason I’m so obsessed with extension-cord safety in everyday life.Ahead, I’ll give you 12 essential, actionable tips to keep your house standing and your family safe.Get Reader’s Digest’s Read Up newsletter for more home safety, humor, cleaning, travel, tech and fun facts all week long. Why extension cord safety mattersCompared with a construction site, your home might seem relatively hazard-free, but electrical shock and fires can happen anywhere, with devastating results. According to the Electrical Safety Foundation International (ESFI), about 3,300 home fires are directly attributed to extension cords each year, causing around 50 deaths and hundreds of injuries annually. And though ESFI doesn’t track extension cord shock injuries specifically, approximately 30,000 nonfatal shock incidents happen every year, including from extension cords.A word about electrical shock: I’m not talking about a little zap from a light switch or static electricity. It takes only a tiny fraction of the electricity available at a single outlet in your home to severely injure or even kill a person. We’re talking 0.1 to 0.2 amps, which is microscopic compared with the 15 amp or

One of the most useful features of the Moto X, and now other Android phones capable of running the latest version of Google Now, is the ability to do searches and interact with Google Now by saying “OK Google.” Users don’t need to press a button like they do on most Android phones or on an iPhone with Siri. This capability came to Google Chrome web browser thanks to an extension. To get the extension, go to the Google Voice Search Hotword (Beta) extension page in the Chrome App Store. Click on the button in the upper right corner to install the extension. In the image below it shows that I’ve already installed it. Before installing it will look different. A Chrome browser extension adds functionality not already built into the browser. The Chrome store lists hundreds of useful extensions like the Google Voice Search Hotword (beta) extension. After installing the extension, the URL bar at the top of the Chrome window will show a mic icon at the right end. Click it and it opens a page that shows the red mic ready to listen for a the user’s voice. Speak clearly and loudly without too much background noise. I tested it while watching a movie and the dialogue of the film didn’t interfere with the search, so some computers will work better than others. It depends on the computer microphone’s sensitivity. If for some reason a user doesn’t speak into the mic of their computer quickly enough, it shows the following Google search page. Notice something different? The search box includes the mic icon. The user can say “OK Google” and it will wake up and listen for a search phrase. The feature makes searching quicker for people who don’t type well or those who like to do voice dictation. It works as expected. The Google Chrome App Store lists some users who’ve experienced some problems, but the extension worked great for me. If for some reason the extension causes problems, click on the menu button represented by three horizontal lines at the right end of the URL bar in Chrome. Hover over More Tools with the mouse cursor until the fly out menu appears. Click on Extensions. A page listing installed extensions appears. Find the extension and click on the trash can icon next to it to remove it.

Topic: Rightload Development Update (Read 15163 times) I just wanted to give you guys a quick update on what's going on with Rightload - I have been incredibly busy the last few months, so (as you probably notices) there hasn't been any updates to Rightload. AMD has published a set of Catalyst drivers for Windows and Linux in beta version. Both versions add the support of latest APUs (A10-7850K and A10-770K). The Windows version adds the support of Mantle, the groundbreaking graphics API that promises to transform the world of game development to help bring better, faster games to the PC…You can download Catalyst 14.1 beta from these links:Cat 14.1 beta for WindowsCat 14.1 beta for LinuxI was unable to install the Windows driver on my A10-7850K based testbed. But no problem on a testbed with a Radeon HD 7970. Update: after a run of Driver Sweeper, I was able to install Cat 14.1 on the Kaveri system. Catalyst 14.1 is an OpenGL 4.3 driver (GL_VERSION = 4.3.12780) and exposes 278 extensions (GL=255 and WGL=23) for the Radeon HD 7970 and 279 extensions (GL=256 and WGL=23) for the Kaveri A10-7850K. Compared to Catalyst 13.30-140108a, Cat 14.1 adds 3 OpenGL extensions:Added:GL_AMD_framebuffer_sample_positionsGL_AMD_gcn_shaderGL_ARB_clear_textureDid you notice the GL_AMD_gcn_shader extension? The difference betwwen the Radeon HD 7970 and Kaveri is the GL_AMD_occlusion_query_event extension. The Radeon HD 7970 is a GPU from the Southern Islands family and GL_AMD_occlusion_query_event is an extension exposed for Sea Islands (HD 8000) and Kaveri (A10-7000) GPUs.And here are the grrrr… To set query to get any results at all.User ConfigurationEach user may also specify registries to use regardless of which workspace isopen with the privateExtensions.registries setting. If packages aren't being
