In 2019, the Dataw Island Owners Association purchased the facility and undertook a complete rebuild of the wet slips and an overhaul of the remaining facilities, and it reopened in Spring of 2020.Onsite, visitors will find the Morgan River Grill, a full service boat yard by Marine Tech, and boat dealer Sea Island Marine.
