I use the Dish Anywhere app for a bedroom television at home. The problem I’m having is the broadcast stations buffer terribly and sometimes won’t even play. The streaming channels stream just fine.As far as I can tell, the broadcast stations are first going through our family’s Dish Hopper that’s an hour away from me. The streaming stations seem to come straight to me through the streaming service. We have great internet here at home and where the Hopper is. I’ve tried the troubleshooting steps that Dish suggests but they aren’t much help.Has anyone experienced this? Have you resolved the issue? If so what worked? The stream is done on various bitrates e.g. 192, 128, 64 each bitrate size has a separate port number (using the same IP address) thus enabling the show to go to each port. As far as I can see in the VDJ broadcast setup you can only stream to one port - is this correct?I want to use VDJ to broadcast as its the easiest option for me plus track tags are displayed on listeners devices which whilst not critical is a plus.
