#1 Hi, new to forum and jeeps. I have been looking for a CJ7 for some time now and came across an 86 that has been sitting sense 1993 with only 25000 miles on it. I am having them installed the week after next. I have been researching this for a while now and I got a good price on 6 tires installed, balanced and a front-end alignment. I also use the 245/70/19.5 size and replacing the G670's. I think the Endurance tire is a load range H tire and the 647 RSS is a load range G. I have read a few references about a harsher ride with the load range H tires. In contrast, I have also seen other posts that say it does not make a difference. The tire guy at the commercial shop where I am buying mine told me that the H range would be a harder ride. I went with the 647 RSS based on his feeling and the fact that they have plenty of weight capacity for my 20500 GVW chassis even at the low end of the tire pressure range. I would also expect the Endurance RSA to be costlier.Wish
