Life's. If you need a vet seriously use Fuzzy and if you get Dr.NatalieD then you're going to know she will give your pet the absolute best care possible.Date of experience: May 09, 2023Vet video is great, medications are very very expensiveThe vet video portion was very professional and helpful. The pharmacy has to be Contacted Continually to get an update on your medications and where your medications are tracking wise. I was told via text that Fuzzy is saving people money but we were charged $51 for $6.79. Eye drops. We were charged $31 for 3 pills which sell for less than $12 which never arrived in time to help our ailing cat. After writing Fuzzy I was told that Fuzzy encourages customers to grab your prescription and source them yourself for a better price. But that statement only came after we had already paid and complained about the exorbitant prices. No where does the fact of requesting your prescription appear on their website nor was it offered to us. Fuzzy claims Chewy won't except their prescriptions. We were told that if we tried to fill the prescription it would only delay receiving our prescription. Whats going on you say? $$$$After looking at the reviews it appears Fuzzy pharmacy is having major shipping and pricing issues. This only impacts what is working right, which is the vet video department. FYI grab your prescription and do yourself a favor. We requested a refund. We will update this at a later time and date. Lets see if customer service steps in. Thank you. Update, never heard back from Zubin Bhettay - Co-Founder & CEO - Fuzzy Pet Health or anyone else. Never received a refund much less any other communication. Thumbs down. Thank you.Date of experience: May 08, 2023Medication not delivered when saidHad video consult. Paid extra for expedited meds for dog to arrive following evening and they did not so dog suffers another 24 hrs and my extra money is wasted. If they can’t get the medication to you in a timely fashion then I don’t see how they’re useful. I will not use them again.Date of experience: May 02, 2023Absolutely terrible!Absolutely terrible, tried this company instead of having to reschedule a very visit for a commmin medication for allergies. What a s*** show. Wrong prices, wrong addresses, shipping the wrong product , taking days to get a needed prescription and there was still an error. This place is beyond words. Please use caution when dealing with this business , they smile in your face while stabbing you in the back.Date of experience: April 26, 2023ScamScam. Waited for 5 hours for the text from the vet. The vet did text me BUT the text had NO sound so I missed the appt. Easy way to make $25 off someone who is anxiously waiting with a sick pet. It came quickly and was just as described. Only issue was with the tracking which didn't seem to recognise the code which was a bit worrying but arrived safely none the less. Seen some of the reviews and you must make sure you order the correct size of product for your pet otherwise you will obviously be disappointed and not their fault!Signed up because I have an EXTREMELY simple need--a medication that my cat has used before to calm her during travel. After the long process of joining (where they asked the same question multiple times sometimes) I was told I would have to wait 5-7 hours before I could talk to someone, which would put me after 10pm my time. Sounds like many others have had a similar bad experience. We had an amazing experience with Dr Ron ! He was so professional , friendly and knowledgeable . In fact this was the best experience with a vet we have ever had and this was online ! Dr Ron took his time with us and went above and beyond with dietary and care advice . The consultation and meds prescribed for our kitty Mr Darcy’s suspected UTI came in at well under $100- our local vet charges over $200 just to get in the door and wasn’t available that day anyway . I highly recommend Fuzzy to all pet parents.Simple online ordering process..snapped a couple pics of my dogs and uploaded and answered some quick questions. Pricing was the same as ordering online direct for the medication but the $15 doctor fee from Fuzzy is way less then what my vet charges.
