Just for the moment it appears fixed on my PC. I realised that just the day before I noticed it had stopped working, I had used it (so clearly working at that point...), to install a driver update that DSA was notifying (version 23.60 of Intel Wireless Bluetooth for Win10 and Win11). I tried to 'repair' Intel DSA from the control panel, with no luck.I rolled back the above driver package to what was installed previously (23.40), and performed another 'repair' of Intel DSA, and it has started working again. I'm not sure its conclusive proof its 23.60 of the driver package that is causing the issue, but I'm good for the moment as its working and my PC is in the same state it was a few days ago.I might try the 23.50 driver package, or 23.60 again and then uninstall and re-install DSA, but its a lot of fiddling around with stuff I'd rather not be touching.Is there any chance someone from Intel sees this thread and investigates properly (tbh, I'd rather they did it than me!), or is there an official place to raise it with them, and if yes, where is that?

Do not do anything with the files in the folder.Go to the device manager, click to expand the Display Adapters device manager category.Click on the Intel HD graphics adapter listed there. Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver.Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and then at the bottom of that window, select the let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.Click on Have Disk, and browse to the unzipped graphics driver folder>Graphics>iigd_dch (setup information file), click Next, and the driver should install.Be patient, as the driver installation will take a few minutes.After the installation is complete, restart the PC.After you do the manual update, If you install the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA), it should notify you of any future updates to your Intel hardware, and you can elect to download and automatically install the updates.
