Hi All, Lately it seems like every time I wake up my Mac something starts writing to the hard disk. This goes on for anywhere from 5 - 15 minutes. I've looked at activity monitor and I can see that launchd and kernel_task have very high "bytes written" stats. However, their CPU usage is not that high. I've included some screenshots of a few different views of Activity Monitor. I've also pasted an EtreCheck report below. I would appreciate any input on what might be happening.
