I mainly replaced the white background color with something else. In Program Settings > Colors I defined a light gray for "Background".a) Since build 291, the Search In Files results does not fully respect this color change. While searching, it works correct. But as soon search is finished, the background color of the strings switches to white.b) Since build 291, the Search In Files results does not show the entire paths to the files. It shows just the file name. But, like above, while the search is running, it shows. Level Boss = many kills and headshot = money! Another Gameplay; youtu.be/EpTjC8H0siA I've set the index options for the .SQL extension to use "Plain Text filter" with "Index Properties and File Contents" selected, and ensure that the directories containing the SQL files are in the "Included Locations". Unfortunately, Windows desktop search still fails to find anything in the .SQL files. Other file types such as .cs, .docx etc are searched successfully. I'm running Windows XP SP2 - and it's a work machine where I can't easily install alternative search engines so I'm stuck with Windows Desktop search for indexed searching. Obviously I can search the .SQL files using other (non-indexed) techniques, but I prefer the speed of Desktop Search - if I could get it to work. Update: Having copied a couple of .SQL files to .SQL.TXT files in the same directory as suggested by ~quack, added .SQL.TXT as a file extension to the indexing options (using the plain text filter, with "Index Properties and File Contents" selected) and re-indexing, Desktop Search still fails to find strings in either the .SQL or .SQL.TXT files. Additional info: after re-indexing, I checked the file types in the Desktop Search advanced options and noted that the .SQL.TXT file extension no longer appears in the list of file types.

Error. Thankfully, Microsoft included a handy built-in utility called "Microsoft Register Server" (regsvr32.exe) to enable you to manually re-register your MSCOMCTL.OCX file. How to re-register MSCOMCTL.OCX from an elevated command prompt (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, and 10): Hit the Windows Start button In the search box, type "command" (do not presss ENTER yet) While holding CTRL-Shift, hit ENTER. You will be prompted with a permission dialog box. Click Yes. Type this command: regsvr32 /u MSCOMCTL.OCX Hit ENTER. This process will UN-register your file, allowing you to RE-register it. Type this command: regsvr32 /i MSCOMCTL.OCX Hit ENTER. This process will RE-register your file. Close the command prompt window. Re-start Video Edit Magic. Step 2: Restore your PC back to the latest restore point, "snapshot", or backup image before error occurred. To begin System Restore (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, and 10): Hit the Windows Start button When you see the search box, type "System Restore" and press "ENTER". In the search results, find and click System Restore. Please enter the administrator password (if applicable / prompted). Follow the steps in the System Restore Wizard to choose a relevant restore point. Restore your computer to that backup image. If the Step 1 fails to resolve the MSCOMCTL.OCX error, please proceed to the Step 2 below. Step 3: If recently installed Video Edit Magic (or related software), uninstall then try reinstalling Video Edit Magic software. You can uninstall Video Edit Magic software by following these instructions (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, and 10): Hit the Windows Start button In the search box, type "Uninstall" and press "ENTER". In the search results, find and click "Add or Remove Programs" Find the entry for Video Edit Magic 4.47 and click "Uninstall" Follow the prompts for uninstallation. After the software has been fully uninstalled, restart
