Do I need to do something to enable it?Thanks for any help Store? Installer? Portable?Do you have permission to write to the folder where the snapshot is to be saved?Whitelist your entire MB folder in your AV software. Download the latest MusicBee v3.5 or 3.6 patch from here.Unzip into your MusicBee directory and overwrite existing files.----------The FAQThe WikiCustom Forum SearchPosting screenshots is here Thanks for responding. Regarding your pointsInstaller version in Windows 10.Not sure which folder it is trying to save to - can't find it in preferences but I may be being blind.Temporarily turned off my antivirus (windows built in) but it did not help. Also tied disabling firewall but that didn't help either. Thanks again for your response, any other ideas? Perhaps I was being stupid.I interpreted "snapshot of all MusicBee setting" as something beyond the Save Settings Snapshot.. which is available. I now realise that the greyed "snapshot of all MusicBee setting" may simply be an explanation of the available options below it to Save or Load. Thanks again for your help I interpreted "snapshot of all MusicBee setting" as something beyond the Save Settings SnapshotI understand now. What you're seeing as grayed-out is an informational statement and not a clickable action. Had I launched MB and looked before replying, I would have told you that then.In any event, you're all set and that's a good thing. 2025-04-24The HDMI shows up as a greyed out option but when you right click it the option to set as default is greyed out. Are you using Realtek audio? For those who had success, are you using Realtek as well? I have seen several posts and no solutions as yet for people having issues. New 26 May 2009 #8 Deemo said: Are you using Realtek audio? Yes, it's Realtek audio. I will post back when I get access to the machine in a couple of days. New 27 May 2009 #9 OK....I have fixed my issue by reading the manual for my mobo. I am using a Gigabyte 780g chipset with on board video and audio only. If you can see the HDMI in the playback devices but it is greyed out when you try to enable it....try this: (In mine it was as follows so yours may be different) 1.Enter your BIOS (Delete in my case) 2. Go to Advanced BIOS Features 3. Go to Onboard VGA Output Connect and change D-SUB/DVI (the default in this case) to D-SUB/HDMI 4. Save and Exit. When you reboot the HDMI is no longer greyed out and you can set it as default. I hope that works in your case. I was blaming Realtek. I haven't checked on 5.1....that is next. BTW. If anyone knows how to output audio through HDMI and the rear audio output at the same time I would appreciate it as I am hookedup to a whole house
