Getting Started with Pet Exec

Pet Exec is a web-based, third-party, doggy daycare management platform that we use to run our business. Upon completion of our Registration and Release Forms and receipt of your vet records, new clients will be assigned a Pet Exec username and a randomly chosen password. As a new client, when you navigate to Pet Exec for the first time, you will need to click the “forgot your password” link in order to change the randomly assigned password to one of your choosing. The login url in order to get started is: follows: Legal StuffImmediately after logging in, you will be directed to our Agreements page where all clients will need to sign off on the updated Pet Exec terms and conditions.Navigating the Client Menu:The client menu is an easy-to-navigate hub where you can do the following:update client and pet informationadd/edit credit card informationmake payments and purchase packagesrequest appointments for all our servicessee your purchase historyview upcoming appointments in your calendarkeep track of your daycare passescancel daycare appointments (note: scheduled services such as rides or walks can not be canceled by clients)Now Accepting Credit CardsPet Exec securely stores credit and debit card information for easy online payments. Because we do not operate a front-desk area, we kindly ask that all daycare clients not enrolled with one of our package programs to please leave a credit card on file within your portal so that we may charge your card at “check out”.Booking Transportation (Rides)Note that rides are now booked separately from daycare as an added service item. If you are a client that relies on our transportation services, please book this service by clicking on the “Request Other Services” button in your Pet Exec portal. When you click this button, you will be directed to a page with various transportation options. Kindly Choose the line item that fits your specific need, for example, “round trip transportation Swampscott” or “one-way ride Beverly”. Transportation prices vary based on where you live. For those of you who purchase daycare packages, you are also able to purchase transportation passes to coincide with your daycare packages. This will help us keep your package balance concurrent with your transportation balance.Helpful Hints for Booking Walks and RidesWhen booking walks or transportation, please be mindful that you are inputting the correct frequency amount in the line item service request. For example, if you are booking three dog walks for next week, you need only input “1” in the box designated for that service item; this tells the system to schedule your dog for one walk per day within the allotted time frame or days that you select in the next section. If you input “3” because you have scheduled three walks for the week, the system will assume you are looking for three walks per day for all three days you have selected. As a general rule of thumb, remember that the line item amount should be the per day amount (not the per week amount). Note, the same rule applies when scheduling transportation. The App!We now offer a Pet Exec app that can be found and downloaded onto your smart device here: Exec is Our Friend (and Yours Too!)For those of you not on a recurring, set schedule, we would kindly ask that you put your reservations in through Pet Exec 24 hours in advance. While we do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings, preregistration allows us to maintain an adequate staffing level to insure the safety and well-being of all the dogs in our care. Additionally, your timely reservations assist greatly in our accounts receivables accuracy. For additional questions or concerns

Setting values out of the physical range can affect the correct visualization in the stage view of the grandMA2 and MA 3D. Active dimmer values given from the desk do not cause the MA VPU to send its merge defaults for the color attribute. This may cause an unexpected output if only the dimmer of a fixture is controlled by the desk. To avoid this and to gain full control, just set the color attribute actively in the programmer. Or store the color information to an executor which is set to a higher priority than the pixel mapper output. Do not forget to switch off this executor if the output of the pixel mapper is to be active again. At the initial start after the installation or the update of the MA VPU application, the end user license agreement is shown. The MA VPU application will not start, until the end user license agreement is confirmed.
