Hi @mmurray358,Welcome to The HP Support Community. Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.I understand your HP OfficeJet 4650 Printer is not printing from Chromebook, here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot and set up the printer: 1. Make sure your printer supports Google Cloud Print: HP OfficeJet 4650 supports printing via Google Cloud Print. However, as Google Cloud Print was deprecated, newer printing protocols like Wi-Fi Direct or HP Print for Chrome should be used.2. Enable Wi-Fi Direct Printing: On your printer: Press the Wi-Fi Direct button (or access it via the printer's control panel). If Wi-Fi Direct is off, turn it on. Make sure the printer is broadcasting its Wi-Fi Direct name. On your Chromebook: Click on the clock in the lower-right corner and go to Settings. Select Wi-Fi and look for your printer’s Wi-Fi Direct name in the list of available networks. Connect to it using the default password provided by your printer. 3. Use HP Print for Chrome Extension: If you haven’t installed it already, go to the HP Print for Chrome extension from the Chrome Web Store. After installing: Open HP Print for Chrome. Click the extension icon from the Chrome toolbar. Add your HP OfficeJet 4650 printer by following the on-screen prompts. Try printing a test page. 4. Update Chromebook OS and Printer Firmware: Ensure that your Chromebook is up to date with the latest version. Check if there are any firmware updates available for your HP OfficeJet 4650 by visiting the HP Support Website.5. Print via USB Cable (If Needed): If Wi-Fi or wireless printing doesn’t work, connect your printer to the Chromebook using a USB cable. You may need to manually add the printer in Settings > Advanced > Printing.Refer to this document: HP Print Report Inappropriate Content Member HubSpot gmail extension logs out when I close Chrome SOLVE Ah so your app requires that Chrome stay running in the background. While we are unable to reproduce the issue when closing Chrome, when the team quits Chrome, they are logged out of their Chrome extension, and also logged out of app.hubspot.com. This is due to how we log into app.hubspot.com.This leads them to wonder if you have any sort of SSO in place for logging into HubSpot? If so, you should work with your IT to confirm how your SSO requires you to log into app.hubspot.com upon quitting and/or closing then reopening Chrome - since the extension is the same cookie rules as app.hubspot.com.Something else to have you check would be if you have the setting to 'clear cookies and site data when quitting Chrome' enabled - as this would also be a likely cause for getting signed out. Here is the configuration that worked for me:Acer Chromebook 14 running Chrome OS Version 69.0.3497.95 with the HP Print for Chrome extension.HP LaserJet Pro MFP M130fw updated to firmware Version 20180510 with Release Date June 7, 2016 and configured with Wi-Fi Direct OFF, Network Wi-Fi ON, and HP ePrint OFF.Google Nexus 5X using T-Mobile service with a hotspot providing wi-fi Internet access to the Acer Chromebook and the HP M130fw.Printing is initiated on the Chromebook via the HP Print for Chrome extension. Before updating the HP M130fw firmware, the Chromebook did not find the HP M130fw. Other than that, the main issue I encountered is that the Chromebook sometimes does not immediately find the HP M130fw, so it is sometimes necessary to restart the Chromebook app, or even the Chromebook itself to make printing work.Scanning is initiated on the HP M130fw using the Apps menu on the touchscreen control panel. Specifically, this uses the Google Drive app to scan and then upload a scan file to the Google Drive account being used on the Acer Chromebook.Connecting the HP M130fw to the Acer Chromebook with a USB cable did not work because the Chromebook did not detect the HP M130fw.I found no documentation that the HP Print for Chrome extension worked with the HP M130fw, but it worked the same as with the HP M127fw, which is documented as working. The HP Smart app required wi-fi, so the HP Smart app did not work on the Google Nexus 5X because there wasComments
