What’s New - Remote Access- UI Improvements Ratings and Reviews Inconsistent Purchased an expensive all in one remote solution at the recommendation of a home audio installer. Plan was to make life easier, especially for wife and kids, who juggled the complexity of using multiple remotes. Potentially fixed the problem as my wife is ready to leave me over this ridiculously flakey application! It constantly fails and requires resetting at the control box and then logging back with Apple ID. Especially a problem with Apple TV (4K), where you need to use the inbuilt iOS remote until reboot. Does this once a week and seems to be directly proportional to how far away from home or how busy I am. When it works it’s OK, but the reliability of the system makes it a MASSIVE fail for me. Look elsewhere. As the problem is that your stuck due to the extraordinary initial cost of the system that you have to persist. Very disappointing. Unable to connect on newer iPad No issues connecting on my old iPad 2 but trying to access the system via my newer iPad is frustrating! In fact I’m rarely able to connect these days. I have to assume the app developers just don’t keep up with OS updates because Apple stopped releasing updates for the iPad 2 in 2016. Please fix this because my old iPad won’t last forever. Native support for RTI Audio Distribution systems CasaTunes Music Servers can "natively" control one or more RTI Audio Distribution Systems Whether you want to use CasaTunes in a complete RTI controlled environment or standalone (with no RTI controllers), you can still use the RTI Audio Distribution Systems (AD-4, AD-4x, AD-8, AD-8x, AD-16X) with any CasaTunes music server. Up to 8 RTI Audio Distribution Systems can be connected at one time. The latest version of CasaTunes now supports RTI's new line of AD DSP audio matrices, including the AD-46-100, AD-810-100 and the AD-1616. CasaTunes can control the RTI audio distribution systems using either RS-232 (serial) or IP (if the system supports it). When used with an RTI Controller, the dealer simply installs the CasaTunes driver and lets CasaTunes control the Audio Distribution System, saving programming time and complexity. The CasaTunes Music Streamer combined with an RTI Audio Distribution System behaves like any other CasaTunes music system. Plus, when you configure the CasaTunes driver to control your RTI Audio Distribution Systems, you can use both the native CasaTunesX Apps, and your RTI panels and Apps, to control your CasaTunes music, providing customers more control options.

You can run RTI Launcher using the desktop shortcut that will be created when configuring the RTI Connext for DDS Blockset Toolbox or by running the following function in MATLAB:run_rti_launcher();Installing and Using RTI Connext for existing RTI UsersIf you already have an installation of RTI Connext Professional, you don’t need to install this toolbox, but you will need to define the NDDSHOME environment variable. The NDDSHOME environment variable can be defined one of two ways: (1) Define NDDSHOME at the OS level before running MATLAB, (2) Inside MATLAB by calling setenv(). The NDDSHOME environment should point to the RTI Connext Professional installation path.
