A rare green comet is slowly moving through the skies above Earth, including above India, after surviving its orbit around the Sun. We explain.Comet ZTF FactsComet ZTF was discovered in March 2022 by a wide field survey camera attached to a telescope known as Zwicky Transient Facility (ZTF) at the Palomar Observatory in Southern California (overseen by the Planetary Society).
