2025-04-06MICROSOFT WORD 2004 1. Open the "WordMac2004" folder using Finder. 2. Expand "Med2012Mac04.zip" using the "Archive Utility" to access your new custom dictionary "Med2012Mac04.dic." 3. Copy "Med2012Mac04.dic" to the "Microsoft" folder in your account. 4. Open a Microsoft Word document. 5. Select "Word" then "Preferences." 6. In "Preferences", select "Spelling & Grammar." You may need to change a couple of settings there. 7. In "Spelling", put a check mark by "Always suggest corrections," and remove any check from "Suggest from main dictionary only." Click on the "Dictionaries" button. 8. In "Custom Dictionaries", click on "Add..." You're going to add your new custom dictionary. 9. Browse to your Microsoft folder. 10.
